Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Virtual Public Accountant (VPA) service provided by Life Software Consultancy Pte Ltd (UEN 202236210K), a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered office at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore 068914.
Service Description
VPA provides automated tax accounting and expense management through messaging platforms. The Service includes receipt and invoice scanning, expense categorization, BIR DAT file generation, BIR submission assistance at your instruction, expense tracking and reporting, and connected Google Workspace assistance when you choose to connect your Google account.
Connected Google Workspace assistance may include user-directed support for Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Meet transcript workflows.
Your Content and Outputs
You retain all rights to your content. By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and use your content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs, including BIR DAT files, before submission to any government authority.
Third-Party Platforms
The Service operates through third-party messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, and Facebook Messenger. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
If you connect a Google account, your use of Google services remains governed by Google's terms and privacy policies. VPA accesses Google Workspace data only after you authorize access through Google's OAuth consent flow and only to perform user-directed workflows you request through the Service.
Data Protection
Our collection, use, and protection of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

VPA does not provide tax advice, legal advice, or accounting services. Outputs generated by the Service are tools to assist you and should not be treated as professional tax or legal guidance. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your tax filings and BIR submissions are accurate and compliant with applicable laws.
